Please make a note that your subscription receipt will say Sasquatch Media/Bass Gold, and a charge from "BassGold," "BassGold.com," "FishingGold" or "FishingGold.com" will appear on your credit card statement for your order amount.

Membership

We offer an optional one-time, initial free trial for each user. If you become a paid member after that, please note that:

  • Memberships are for 1 year (12 consecutive months) from the date you first pay for a membership.
  • Memberships are for a single member only (they cannot be shared) and are non-refundable. Any applicable cancellation rights are waived. Members who share or attempt to share their memberships will have their memberships terminated and may be banned from future use of the site.
  • Memberships cannot be transferred.
  • Once paid, memberships cannot be cancelled, pro-rated or refunded.
  • After the first year of membership, you will have the option of automatically renewing your membership.

Is my payment information secure?

When you make a purchase on our site, your information is sent directly to your financial institution for verification. None of your financial information reaches our servers. Our secure certificate uses 256-bit encryption technology to ensure payment security.

What is your refund policy?

Memberships are non-refundable.

Family or group rates are not available.

Can I transfer my membership?

Memberships are not transferrable.

How do I renew my membership?

All memberships are automatically renewed at one-year anniversaries from your initial membership date, at which point you will be charged the current annual membership rate in full to ensure uninterrupted service. AFTER THE INITIAL TERM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE, AGREE AND AUTHORIZE BassGold TO AUTOMATICALLY BILL AND/OR CHARGE ON YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR SUCCESSIVE TERMS OF EQUAL LENGTH AS THE INITIAL TERM, UNLESS TERMINATED OR CANCELLED BY EITHER PARTY.

How do I change my method of payment?

To change your recurring membership to a new credit card, simply cancel your current recurring payment and purchase a new membership using your updated information.

Can I cancel my membership?

You can cancel at anytime, but there are no refunds. Canceling your membership means it will not automatically renew, so it will expire at the end of the paid term.
